- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the flatbreads into triangles or rustic chip-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil, everything bagel seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and optional sea salt.
- Arrange the flatbread pieces on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Brush the seasoned oil lightly over both sides of the flatbread pieces.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, turning the pan halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Let the chips cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes so they crisp fully, then serve.
Notes
- Use a single layer so the chips bake evenly and do not steam.
- Skip the extra salt if your everything bagel seasoning is already very salty.
- Store fully cooled chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- Refresh leftovers in a 325°F oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
