Description
A cool, creamy frozen grape snack coated in lightly sweetened Greek yogurt with vanilla for a refreshing bite-sized treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups seedless grapes, washed and completely dried
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 small pinch fine sea salt
Instructions
- Clear a flat space in the freezer so a baking sheet can sit level.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and fine sea salt until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the dried grapes to the yogurt mixture and gently toss until evenly coated.
- Lift the grapes out one by one with a spoon, letting extra yogurt drip back into the bowl.
- Place the coated grapes on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Freeze for 2 hours, or until the yogurt coating is firm.
- Transfer the frozen grapes to a freezer-safe container and serve straight from the freezer.
Notes
- Dry the grapes very well so the yogurt coating sticks properly.
- Use thick Greek yogurt for the creamiest frozen shell.
- Freeze in one layer before storing to prevent clumping.
- Let the grapes sit for 1 to 2 minutes before eating if they feel too firm.
