- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 4 tostada shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the ground beef until browned, then stir in taco seasoning with a small amount of water and simmer until fully combined.
- Lightly oil the skillet to prepare for crisping the wraps.
- Lay a tortilla flat, add cooked beef, nacho cheese sauce, a tostada shell, sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese. Fold into a sealed wrap.
- Place seam side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until crispy.
- Remove from heat and let rest briefly.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Do not overfill the wraps to keep them easy to fold
- Cook on medium heat for even crisping
- Warm tortillas slightly before assembling to prevent tearing
