Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mini white chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Line a tray or plate with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the vanilla protein powder, almond flour, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, white chocolate chips, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into evenly sized balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.
  5. Place the protein balls onto the prepared tray.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
