- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mini white chocolate chips
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Line a tray or plate with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla protein powder, almond flour, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, white chocolate chips, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into evenly sized balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.
- Place the protein balls onto the prepared tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Roll the chilled protein balls in additional crushed freeze-dried strawberries if desired, then serve cold.
