Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium steak cuts (about 400 grams), thinly sliced
- 300 grams dry pasta
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

- Combine Ingredients: Season the steak with salt and pepper, and prepare the garlic and parsley.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Add olive oil to the skillet and let it warm until shimmering.
- Assemble the Dish: Cook the steak until golden and crispy, then remove and slice. In the same pan, sauté garlic, add tomato sauce, butter, and stir in Parmesan.

Notes
- Let the steak rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
- Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
- Do not overcook the pasta to maintain the perfect texture.
