Description

A comforting and hearty pasta dish topped with crispy steak slices, coated in a rich tomato Parmesan sauce and finished with fresh herbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium steak cuts (about 400 grams), thinly sliced
  • 300 grams dry pasta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Heat a skillet over medium heat and bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Season the steak with salt and pepper, and prepare the garlic and parsley.
  3. Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Add olive oil to the skillet and let it warm until shimmering.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Cook the steak until golden and crispy, then remove and slice. In the same pan, sauté garlic, add tomato sauce, butter, and stir in Parmesan.
  5. Cook to Perfection: Boil pasta until just tender, then drain and toss it into the sauce, mixing well so every strand is coated.
  6. Finishing Touches: Place sliced steak over the pasta, sprinkle extra Parmesan and parsley on top.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Let the steak rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
  • Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
  • Do not overcook the pasta to maintain the perfect texture.
