- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add olive oil, then sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in sweet potatoes, bell pepper, corn, black beans, and all spices.
- Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, then sprinkle fresh cilantro on top.
