- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
- 1/4 cup sweet corn (optional)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh cilantro or spring onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix paneer cubes with oil, soy sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, and pepper. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Place the pizza base on a baking tray and spread schezwan sauce evenly over it.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Distribute marinated paneer, onions, bell peppers, and corn over the cheese.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro or spring onions. Slice and serve hot.
