- 2 pork tenderloins, about 2 pounds total
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat pork tenderloins dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, thyme, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork on all sides until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour the Dijon cream mixture around the pork.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until pork reaches 145°F internally.
- Remove from oven and let pork rest for 5 minutes.
- Stir remaining butter into the sauce.
- Slice pork and serve with the creamy Dijon sauce spooned over the top.

- Do not overcook the pork to keep it tender and juicy.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce.
- Allow the pork to rest before slicing to retain juices.
- Add sautéed mushrooms for extra richness.
