Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced red bell pepper and sliced zucchini. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in cooked sausage and corn kernels. Cook for an additional 3–5 minutes until heated through.
