Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually combine with the wet mixture.
- Scoop dough into evenly sized balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set but still pale.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and pink food coloring to make frosting, then spread over completely cooled cookies.
- Let frosting set slightly before serving.
