Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions

- In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the lined baking sheet.

Notes
- Lightly toast pecans beforehand for deeper flavor.
- Pat salmon dry before adding the crust to help it stick better.
- Avoid overbaking to keep the salmon tender.
