Description

A creamy and refreshing layered dessert made with golden cookie crust, fluffy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, and whipped topping. This chilled no bake treat is perfect for parties, summer gatherings, and easy family desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 2 packages instant cheesecake pudding mix, 3.4 ounces each
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9×13 baking dish and clear space in the refrigerator for chilling.
  2. Mix the crushed golden sandwich cookies with melted butter until evenly combined.
  3. Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until fluffy, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the creamy layer.
  8. Whisk the cheesecake pudding mix with cold milk until thickened, then spread it over the strawberries.
  9. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture evenly on top.
  10. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours until firm.
  11. Top with whipped topping and garnish with extra strawberries before serving.
  12. Slice and serve chilled.
