- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 3 tablespoons sugar. Mix until crumbs are evenly coated.
- Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with 1 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Top with fresh berries, distributing them evenly across the cheesecake.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set before serving.
