- 500 grams chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 300 grams cheese tortellini
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 whole lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Pour in the heavy cream, then stir in parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, letting the sauce gently simmer.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
- Stir in fresh parsley and lemon juice, mixing gently to combine.
- Serve warm with extra parmesan if desired.
