Description

Soft golden dough filled with juicy seasoned beef and melted cheddar, brushed with garlic butter and topped with parmesan for a rich, savory bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 450 grams ground beef
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 pieces)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet, season with salt and pepper, then let it cool slightly and mix with shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Prepare baking sheet by lightly greasing or lining with parchment paper.
  4. Flatten each dough piece, add a spoonful of beef mixture, then seal tightly into a ball.
  5. Place on baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix melted butter with minced garlic, brush over baked bombs, then sprinkle parmesan and parsley.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the dough to prevent leaking.
  • Seal edges tightly to keep filling inside.
  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
  • Let cool slightly before serving for easier handling.
