- 450 grams ground beef
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 pieces)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet, season with salt and pepper, then let it cool slightly and mix with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Prepare baking sheet by lightly greasing or lining with parchment paper.
- Flatten each dough piece, add a spoonful of beef mixture, then seal tightly into a ball.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic, brush over baked bombs, then sprinkle parmesan and parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
