- 500 grams pizza dough
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Prepare the baking dish by lining or greasing it to prevent sticking.
- Roll out the pizza dough, spread marinara sauce evenly, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then roll tightly and cut into even pieces.
- Arrange the rolls in the baking dish, brush with garlic butter, and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
- Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Let the dough rest at room temperature before rolling for easier handling.
