Description

Soft, golden garlic butter pizza rolls filled with melty cheese and brushed with rich garlic butter, perfect for snacking or sharing.


Ingredients

  • 500 grams pizza dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  3. Prepare the baking dish by lining or greasing it to prevent sticking.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough, spread marinara sauce evenly, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, then roll tightly and cut into even pieces.
  5. Arrange the rolls in the baking dish, brush with garlic butter, and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
  6. Remove from oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
