Description

Garlic Butter Lobster Bites are tender chunks of lobster meat seared to perfection in a rich garlic butter sauce. This luxurious yet easy-to-make dish is perfect for special occasions, appetizers, or a quick gourmet dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lobster tail meat (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Pat the lobster meat dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with olive oil.
  3. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes (if using), sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the lobster bites and cook for 3–4 minutes, turning to sear all sides until opaque and lightly golden.
  5. Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and the lemon juice. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

  • Don’t overcook the lobster; it becomes rubbery if left too long in the pan.
  • Serve over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter.
  • You can use frozen lobster tails—just thaw them fully before cooking.
