Description
Garlic Butter Lobster Bites are tender chunks of lobster meat seared to perfection in a rich garlic butter sauce. This luxurious yet easy-to-make dish is perfect for special occasions, appetizers, or a quick gourmet dinner.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb lobster tail meat (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Pat the lobster meat dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter with olive oil.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes (if using), sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the lobster bites and cook for 3–4 minutes, turning to sear all sides until opaque and lightly golden.
- Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and the lemon juice. Toss to coat evenly.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
- Don’t overcook the lobster; it becomes rubbery if left too long in the pan.
- Serve over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter.
- You can use frozen lobster tails—just thaw them fully before cooking.
