- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk into the butter mixture until smooth.
- Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely before cutting or crumbling into pieces.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until fluffy to create frosting.
- Layer cupcake pieces, frosting, strawberries, sprinkles, and chocolate chips into jars.
- Repeat layers until jars are full, then pipe extra frosting on top.
- Chill jars for 30 minutes before serving.
