Ingredients

- 300 grams pasta, cooked and cooled
- 200 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 100 grams black olives, pitted
- 150 grams feta cheese, cubed
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and cool completely.
- Place the cooled pasta into a large mixing bowl.
- Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta, and red onion to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Chill the salad for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Toss again before serving and enjoy.
