- 500 grams chicken strips
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1.5 cups breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- In one bowl mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. In another bowl whisk eggs. In a third bowl combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, and parsley.
- Lightly grease a baking tray with olive oil.
- Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip in eggs, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange on tray and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Let them rest for a few minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for better flavor.
- Do not overcrowd the tray for even crispiness.
- Flip halfway through cooking for best results.
- Reheat in oven to maintain crunch.
