Description

Creamy Parmesan Beef Linguine in Garlic Butter Sauce is a savory, comforting pasta dish featuring tender beef slices tossed with silky linguine, all coated in a rich garlic butter and Parmesan cream sauce. Perfect for a cozy dinner or a hearty weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  2. Season sliced beef with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear beef for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and let it melt. Sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return cooked beef to the skillet. Toss in the cooked linguine and gently mix until everything is coated in the sauce. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
  7. Season with additional salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best texture and flavor.
  • Swap sirloin with ground beef for a budget-friendly version.
  • Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor and nutrients.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated gently with a splash of cream or milk.
