- 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
- Season sliced beef with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear beef for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and let it melt. Sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Return cooked beef to the skillet. Toss in the cooked linguine and gently mix until everything is coated in the sauce. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Season with additional salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
