Description

A creamy and comforting pasta dish made with blended cottage cheese, garlic, and parmesan for a light yet rich sauce that coats every bite perfectly.


Ingredients

  • 250 grams pasta
  • 200 grams cottage cheese
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh basil, small handful chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Cook the pasta until al dente and reserve a small amount of pasta water.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, then stir in the blended cottage cheese and a splash of pasta water.
  6. Mix until the sauce coats the pasta evenly.
  7. Add parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper, then toss gently.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
