- 200 grams cottage cheese
- 50 grams parmesan cheese, grated

- Fresh basil, small handful chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Cook the pasta until al dente and reserve a small amount of pasta water.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, then stir in the blended cottage cheese and a splash of pasta water.
- Mix until the sauce coats the pasta evenly.
- Add parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper, then toss gently.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
