- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (8 count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well-mixed.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Lay them out on the prepared baking sheet.
- Place a heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle around the filling, starting at the wide end, and tuck in the ends slightly.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Brush with melted butter if desired and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor and convenience.
- Do not overfill the rolls to prevent bursting during baking.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese or herbs on top before baking for extra flair.
