- 2 cups cooked rice
- 150 grams chorizo, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat and oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce and honey until smooth.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and cook chorizo slices until slightly crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook chicken with garlic, salt, and black pepper until golden and fully cooked.
- Pour in the honey buffalo sauce and stir to coat the chicken evenly.
- Add cooked rice and chorizo back into the skillet, mixing well.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and transfer to the oven until melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
