Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic until browned.
- Add salt, black pepper, and chili powder, then stir well.
- Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a clean skillet over medium heat.
- Spoon beef mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place seam side down in the skillet.
- Cook until golden and crispy on all sides, turning gently.
- Remove and let rest briefly before serving.
