- 2 boneless chicken pieces, sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, making sure every piece is coated.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then pour in the heavy cream and stir gently.
- Add parmesan cheese and let it melt into a smooth sauce, then toss in the cooked pasta and chicken.
- Adjust seasoning, add a splash of pasta water if needed, and sprinkle fresh parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
