Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or large pan over medium high heat until hot.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetable broth, cornstarch, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Add a small amount of oil to the hot pan and swirl to coat.
  4. Add minced garlic, then broccoli and mushrooms, stirring constantly.

  6. Pour in the sauce and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened and glossy.
