Instructions
- Heat a wok or large pan over medium high heat until hot.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetable broth, cornstarch, and sesame oil until smooth.
- Add a small amount of oil to the hot pan and swirl to coat.
- Add minced garlic, then broccoli and mushrooms, stirring constantly.
- Stir fry for 6 to 8 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the sauce and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened and glossy.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve warm.
