Description

  • 250 grams camembert cheese wheel
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 60 grams butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter with minced garlic and olive oil, stirring until fragrant.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish and place the camembert in the center.
  4. Arrange the brioche dough balls around the cheese, leaving a little space between them, then brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until the dough is golden and the cheese is melted inside.
  6. Remove from the oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
