Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until fully coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
  4. Layer lasagna noodles, chicken mixture, sautéed onion mix, ricotta, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
