- 12 lasagna noodles
- 3 cups shredded chicken
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until fully coated.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Layer lasagna noodles, chicken mixture, sautéed onion mix, ricotta, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
- Bake for 35 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
