- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup prepared custard
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Layer apple slices on top of the batter.
- Gently pour custard over the top, spreading it evenly with a spoon.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until golden and a knife inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
