Description

Juicy air fryer chicken coated in a bold harissa marinade, perfectly spiced with smoky and citrusy flavors, finished with a fresh herb touch.


Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for a few minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix harissa paste, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Lightly oil the air fryer basket.
  4. Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade.
