- 2 tablespoons harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, mix harissa paste, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Lightly oil the air fryer basket.
- Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley over the chicken.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
