- 400 grams canned chili
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 200 grams tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, canned chili, and salsa until smooth and evenly blended.
- Lightly grease a small baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes until hot and bubbly with melted cheese.
- Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes to thicken slightly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened for easier mixing
