Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread broccoli, carrots, and baby potatoes evenly on the sheet pan and lightly coat with olive oil.
