Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 500g cut into bite sized pieces
- Potato gnocchi: 500g
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic cloves: 5 cloves minced
- Chicken broth: 1 cup (240ml)
- Heavy cream: 1 cup (240ml)
- Fresh spinach: 2 cups
- Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup grated
- Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and prepare your cooking base
- Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning
- Add olive oil and butter to the skillet and let it melt together
- Cook chicken pieces until golden and fully cooked, then set aside
- In the same skillet add garlic and cook until fragrant
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring gently to combine
- Add gnocchi and simmer until soft and coated in sauce
- Return chicken to the skillet and mix well
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy
- Adjust seasoning and serve warm
