Description

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast: 500g cut into bite sized pieces
  • Potato gnocchi: 500g
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic cloves: 5 cloves minced
  • Chicken broth: 1 cup (240ml)
  • Heavy cream: 1 cup (240ml)
  • Fresh spinach: 2 cups
  • Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup grated
  • Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and prepare your cooking base
  2. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning
  3. Add olive oil and butter to the skillet and let it melt together
  4. Cook chicken pieces until golden and fully cooked, then set aside
  5. In the same skillet add garlic and cook until fragrant
