Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine grated zucchini, mozzarella, parmesan, eggs, flour, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a round crust.
- Bake the crust until it begins to set and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and top with sliced tomatoes and dried oregano.
- Return to the oven and bake until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
