- 2 lemons, juiced and sliced

- 3 cups chicken broth

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Sear chicken until lightly golden on both sides.
- Add garlic, rice, chicken broth, and lemon juice, then stir gently.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 25 to 30 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Add lemon slices and sprinkle fresh parsley on top.
- Fluff rice gently and serve warm.
