Description

A vibrant and refreshing summer drink made with juicy watermelon, zesty lemon juice, cooling mint, and a touch of honey, perfect for hot days or backyard gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh watermelon chunks (seedless)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the watermelon chunks, fresh lemon juice, honey, and cold water.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp, if desired.
  4. Add the fresh mint leaves and stir gently to infuse flavor.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon mint lemonade over the ice.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs.
