- 3 cups fresh watermelon chunks (seedless)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Lemon slices and mint sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon chunks, fresh lemon juice, honey, and cold water.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp, if desired.
- Add the fresh mint leaves and stir gently to infuse flavor.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon mint lemonade over the ice.
- Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
- Chill the watermelon beforehand for an extra cold refresher without needing as much ice.
- Add sparkling water instead of still water for a fizzy twist.
