Description

A creamy, cheesy warm spinach dip baked until bubbly and golden, perfect for sharing at gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 oz fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, and grated parmesan until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the garlic, and cook briefly until fragrant.
  4. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
  5. Stir the spinach mixture into the cheese mixture and season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to an oven safe baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly, then broil for 2 to 3 minutes if a lightly golden top is desired.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Squeeze excess moisture from the spinach to keep the dip creamy.
  • Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • Serve warm for the best texture and flavor.
