Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded mozzarella, and grated parmesan until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the garlic, and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
