Description

A tropical, creamy, and ultra-refreshing Virgin Piña Colada made with pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime, and a hint of vanilla for a smooth, beachy sip without the booze.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream, ice cubes, vanilla extract, and lime juice into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy, about 30 to 45 seconds.
  3. Check the texture and consistency. If it’s too thick, add a splash of pineapple juice. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses.
  5. Top each glass with a maraschino cherry and, optionally, a wedge of pineapple or a tiny cocktail umbrella for that tropical flair.
  6. Serve immediately while cold and creamy.

Notes

  • For a slushier drink, freeze the pineapple juice into cubes ahead of time.
  • Use full-fat coconut cream for maximum richness.
  • Adjust lime juice to taste for more zing.
