Description
A tropical, creamy, and ultra-refreshing Virgin Piña Colada made with pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime, and a hint of vanilla for a smooth, beachy sip without the booze.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream, ice cubes, vanilla extract, and lime juice into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy, about 30 to 45 seconds.
- Check the texture and consistency. If it’s too thick, add a splash of pineapple juice. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour the mixture into chilled glasses.
- Top each glass with a maraschino cherry and, optionally, a wedge of pineapple or a tiny cocktail umbrella for that tropical flair.
- Serve immediately while cold and creamy.
Notes
- For a slushier drink, freeze the pineapple juice into cubes ahead of time.
- Use full-fat coconut cream for maximum richness.
- Adjust lime juice to taste for more zing.
