  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (like Rotel), undrained
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup milk (optional, to thin sauce if needed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir frequently until melted and smooth. Add milk if needed to loosen the sauce.
