- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup milk (optional, to thin sauce if needed)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies and bring to a simmer.
- Add cubed Velveeta cheese. Stir frequently until melted and smooth. Add milk if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and stir until fully coated with the cheese sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
