- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, carrots, broccoli, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until the mixture is well blended.
- Lay tortillas flat and spread the mixture evenly across each one.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
