Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, carrots, broccoli, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir until the mixture is well blended.
  4. Lay tortillas flat and spread the mixture evenly across each one.
