Instructions

- Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet, leaving space for spreading.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip carefully and cook another 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Top with a pat of butter and drizzle with maple syrup.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
