- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
- 1 ½ cups diced ham
- 1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese (or mozzarella)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed pork rinds for keto)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together heavy cream, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Remove from heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, ham, and cheese. Pour the cream sauce over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs (or pork rinds) with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
