Ingredients
- Cream cheese: 680 g, softened
- Granulated sugar: 200 g
- Eggs: 3 large
- Sour cream: 240 g
- Vanilla extract: 10 ml
- Graham cracker crumbs: 180 g
- Unsalted butter: 115 g, melted
- Caramel sauce: 180 ml
- Chocolate sauce: 180 ml
- Pecans: 120 g, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 165°C and line the bottom of a springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the pan to form the crust and bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
- Blend in sour cream and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust.
- Bake for about 55 minutes until the center is slightly set.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely at room temperature.
- Drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
