Description

A rich and creamy turtle cheesecake topped with silky caramel, glossy chocolate sauce, and crunchy pecans, perfect for celebrations or indulgent dessert moments.


Ingredients

  • Cream cheese: 680 g, softened
  • Granulated sugar: 200 g
  • Eggs: 3 large
  • Sour cream: 240 g
  • Vanilla extract: 10 ml
  • Graham cracker crumbs: 180 g
  • Unsalted butter: 115 g, melted
  • Caramel sauce: 180 ml
  • Chocolate sauce: 180 ml
  • Pecans: 120 g, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 165°C and line the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the pan to form the crust and bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.
  6. Blend in sour cream and vanilla extract until just combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust.
  8. Bake for about 55 minutes until the center is slightly set.
  9. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely at room temperature.
  10. Drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  11. Chill for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
