- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry glaze or strawberry jam (optional)
- Extra whipped topping and maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/3 of the whipped topping to lighten the mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the chilled crust.
- Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the drained crushed pineapple over the bananas and spread evenly.
- Add sliced strawberries on top and drizzle with strawberry glaze or jam if using.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over the top of the fruit layers.
- Garnish with additional strawberries, maraschino cherries, or a sprinkle of graham crumbs if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
