Description

Tropical No-Bake Strawberry Split Cake is a refreshing and fruity layered dessert that combines the flavors of strawberry, pineapple, banana, and creamy cheesecake in a graham cracker crust. This easy, no-bake treat is perfect for summer gatherings or whenever you need a cool and tropical indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry glaze or strawberry jam (optional)
  • Extra whipped topping and maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1/3 of the whipped topping to lighten the mixture.
  3. Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the chilled crust.
  4. Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spoon the drained crushed pineapple over the bananas and spread evenly.
  6. Add sliced strawberries on top and drizzle with strawberry glaze or jam if using.
  7. Spread remaining whipped topping over the top of the fruit layers.
  8. Garnish with additional strawberries, maraschino cherries, or a sprinkle of graham crumbs if desired.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, slice bananas right before layering to prevent browning.
  • Use stabilized whipped cream if substituting for store-bought whipped topping.
  • This dessert is best served chilled and within 2 days of preparation.
  • Add chopped nuts like pecans for a crunchy layer.
