The Best Sliders are juicy mini burgers topped with melted cheese and your favorite fixings, all nestled in soft slider buns. Perfect for parties, game days, or a fun family dinner.

- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar or American cheese, halved
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Optional toppings: pickles, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Press the beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the beef is cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- Place cheese slices evenly over the beef and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until melted.
- Slice the beef into 12 portions and place each portion into slider buns.
- Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and bake for an additional 5 minutes to toast.
- Add desired toppings and serve warm.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey or chicken as a leaner alternative.
- Top with caramelized onions for added flavor.
- Prepare ahead and reheat in the oven for easy entertaining.
