- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease 4 ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder. Place them on a baking sheet.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
- Whisk in powdered sugar until fully combined.
- Stir in eggs and egg yolks, followed by vanilla extract and salt.
- Gently fold in flour until just combined.
- Pour batter evenly into prepared ramekins and smooth the tops.
- Bake for 12–13 minutes, until edges are set and centers are still soft.
- Let rest for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
- Serve immediately with ice cream or a dusting of powdered sugar.
