Description

Ingredients

  • 500 grams frozen French fries
  • 200 grams cheese curds
  • 300 grams ground beef
  • 1 cup black beans drained
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 jalapeños sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then add taco seasoning and stir until fully coated.
  3. Spread fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with vegetable oil, and bake until crispy.
  4. Transfer fries to a serving dish, then layer cheese curds and shredded cheddar on top.
  5. Add cooked beef and black beans over the fries.
  6. Return to oven briefly until cheese melts.
  7. Top with diced tomatoes, jalapeños, and drizzle sour cream before serving.
