Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk until all ingredients are well blended and smooth.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the dressing.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Let the dressing chill for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
- Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a richer, creamier texture.
- For a sweeter profile, add an extra 1/2 teaspoon of honey.
- If you prefer a milder garlic flavor, let the minced garlic sit in the vinegar for a minute before mixing.
- Whisk vigorously to help the dressing emulsify and become silky smooth.
