Mini crescent dough cups filled with seasoned taco meat, creamy ranch, and melty cheese — a fun and easy party appetizer or snack.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes or salsa (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Unroll crescent dough and cut into 24 squares. Press each square into a mini muffin cup.
- In a bowl, mix taco meat with ranch dressing. Spoon mixture into each dough cup.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with green onions and diced tomatoes or salsa if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- Great for parties, game days, or potlucks.
- Swap beef for ground turkey or black beans for a variation.
- Add jalapeños for a spicy kick.
